Polish Arabian Horse Days
August in Poland has been an essential event on the international Arabian horse calendar for more than five decades. It is a pleasure and a privilege to welcome back the international community to share in the revitalised Polish Arabian Horse Days – a six-day, multi-faceted event that encompasses the Emirates Arabian Horse Global Cup - Poland, the Polish National Arabian Horse Show, the marquee Pride of Poland auction, the Polish Summer Sale and Breeding Parades at the State Studs of Janów Podlaski, Białka and Michałów.
The host for the majority of the Polish Arabian Horse Days activities will be Janów Podlaski, Poland’s oldest and most famous State Stud, whose origins trace back more than 200 years to 1817. Local four-star accommodation is available for all VIP guests for the nights of Thursday the 7th, Friday the 8th, Saturday the 9th and Sunday the 10th . Accommodation at the host hotels in Warsaw can be booked for the arrival night of the 6th (Wednesday) as well as Monday the 11th and Tuesday the 12th following the breeding parade at Michałów Stud. Guests may also optionally book overnight accommodation in the historcial city of Zamość on Monday night to awaken closer to Białka Stud for the morning Breeding Parade.
Flights in and out of Warsaw’s modern Frederic Chopin Airport are recommended with arrival anytime on the 6th (Wednesday) and departure anytime on the 13th (Wednesday) to enjoy the full Polish Arabian Horse Days programme. The Polish Arabian Horse Days concierge team will be available to greet VIP guests upon arrival to assist with airport transfer to the host hotel and event check-in.

VIP Reception & Auction Office
The VIP reception and auction office, located in the indoor arena near the main entrance, will be open for 9AM daily, beginning Thursday 07 until Monday 11 August.
All registered VIP guests will need to check in at the event office to receive their credentials, including VIP badges, parking passes, show & auction catalogues, etc.
Bidders will also need to register in the event office and pay the auction deposit well in advance of both the Pride of Poland auction on Sunday evening (5:30PM) and the Summer Sale on Monday morning (10AM). Official ID (preferably passport or national ID card) will be required to complete bidder registration. Bidder numbers will be issued by the office only after registration is complete and the paid deposit has been confirmed.

Both auctions will take place "on-live": online at www.equibid.pl and live at Janów Podlaski Stud on Sunday 10th August at 5:30 PM for Pride of Poland and on Monday 11th August at 10:00 AM for the Polish Summer Sale. Agent Registration
All agents representing buyers in both auctions - Pride of Poland on Sunday 10th August and the Polish Summer Sale on Monday 11th August - must complete the Agent/Proxy Contract and return to polisharabianhorsedays@gmail.com. Ten percent (10%) is only payable to agents/proxies who have a signed agreement lodged with the event office prior to the start of each auction. VIP seats, both individual and full tables of six (6) persons, as well as transportation, transfers and access to all six days of activities can all be reserved with the event organisers. Accommodation recommendations in Warsaw, near Janów Podlaski and in Zamość will also be made available to all international guests. Book Your Seat!
Polish Arabian Horse Days is open to the general public. Seats, however, must be reserved for all five days of events at Janów Podlaski.
Seats to the Polish National Show and the Emirates Arabian Horse Global Cup on Thursday 7th, Friday 8th, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th are free of charge, but they must be reserved in advance.
Seats for the Pride of Poland auction on Sunday evening must be reserved in advance and are available at a cost of 128 PLN per person.
